Default ZC/Si Hybrid tranni questions

Have any of you ever tried this? I'm looking into putting ZC gears into an Si casing. Using ZC gears 1-4 and the LSD, while keeping the Si 5th gear and final drive. Any help or knowledge in this area would be appreciated, thanks~

Also, wondering if EG si gears would fit into an EF casing. Thanks~

im pretty sure they will fit but why 1-4 the si tranny is geared for acceleration more so than the zc tranny but the si u might be crusing at high rpm on highway so if u were going to mix em use 4th and 5th gear on zc and lower gears on si but since the tranny bolts up and matches im pretty sure they will fit together oh i have a ? im trying to get my shift linkage off and i cant get that spring pin any suggestions

ZC 1-5 is lower than si is, Si has lower final drive, low Si final and ZC 1-4 = ***** out acceleration but put the Si 5th in to keep hiway rpms down.
