Hey, what problems are you having? And where are you from in MO? How far from St.L? If you need some local help let me know, you can always IM me at JapTendencies on AIM if I'm on. I know a lot of the local shops around here, and if I don't my buddy does. He runs http://www.stlsr.com/forums so he has hook ups on most stuff. Check out that site if you haven't yet. And also, check your email on hotmail.

thx guys.

Well first off we swapped in the motor no problems but someone i guess when taking off the timing belt cover loosed the tentionier and when we started the car up it skipped a tooth. so we pulled the head to check the valves and everything looked good so we replaced the head gasket and the timing belt. well now when the motor is cold it runs fine till i either hit vtec or the iabs open and then the computer it seems like is cutting something (fuel or spark maybe) and when the motor gets warm it really dont do anything much more than idle.

Ok, first off, when the car is cold you shouldnt be hitting vtec, especially since it's right around the freezing point here in St.L. I've made the mistake of revving up to vtec 2 or 3 times with a cold motor, and everytime vtec doesn't kick in.

And is your ECU possibly in limp mode? Maybe unhook the negative battery cable to reset it? Throwing any cels? Vtec solenoid hooked up?
