How does your DC5 or EP3 drive in the snow? We just got alot in Maryland.

 

so did we in New Jersey....i'm running stock tires so go figure
i suppose the anti-lock brakes help a little

 

Times like this I am glad I live on the west coast. We never get snow here in Phoenix, Az. hehe. Good luck with the stock tires on snow. All season my ***..

 

the worst part about snow and winter is all the ****** salt trucks
if u meet 1 on the highway they throw a **** load of salt all over the front of the car
i got a bunch of lil paint chips on my bumber from that

 

ep3 drives exxxcelent in this snow... i'm passin huge suv's and rear wheelers (BMWs, Benzoes,...) on rt. 1-9 like its nothing. i could almost hear them say, " look at this fudgen jerk !!"
the car is way light and don't over rev
snow + ep3(stock tires including anti lock)= funn times

 

i drive in snow.i take the car up to go snowboarding.im useing kumho kw17 snow tires and they work great

 

snow sucks...i went through it last year with my ep3 on stock michelins...bottom line is, they sucked! this year i'm rolling on falken ziex 512's...they're working great...so far!

i hate snow. coming from the islands where snow is non-existant...this really really really sucks for me! grrr

 

i was watchin the news and they interviewed a girl that couldn't get her RSX up a small street hill and when she turned around to do a U-turn, she kept fishtailing.

 

So I live in Texas, and it never really snows more than an hour or two here each year, but we're making a trip into kansas this xmas. Should I get some chains for just in case??

 

I dont have DC5 or EP3 but I have michelin tires on my winter car "all season" and I must say Michelins have to be one of the worst snow tires.

 

I have a DC5 with Bridgestone Blizzak's on it .....so it's not that bad to drive.

i used to live in voorhees...now i'm like 5 minutes away from it.

 

voorhees sucks...lol! that's awesome...so did you go to eastern?

do you drive a silver 4dr civic? (like the one in your avatar)...if so i believe ive seen you around my area...well like last year, i used to see it a lot! i used to see that car on white horse rd...a lot!

yup that was me. I traded that car now i have a black rsx

 

I still stock tires also, but luckly my car is still in the shop so I'm cool for now.

 

I have the stock tires on my base and drove fine in the snow we got here in PA. I actually drove the RSX while the Evo sat in the garage (advans in the snow NOT GOOD)

 

i have a set of michelin artic snow tires on my ep3 and we currently have 18 plus inches of snow on the ground and it's still snowing out side and i have no trouble at all going threw it.

I drove my car to Harrisonburg, Va on friday when it was snowing like a biatch, and car held up pretty good on stockies.

 

EP3 runs good in da snow, no problems here.

 

I live in MD too and just for fun I pulled out my RSX from the garage spun out for a bit and pulled it right back in haha

needless to say my dropped rsx with toyo tires wasn't going nowhere
