generic cam gears or name brand?

generic cam gears or name brand?
is there really a diiference between cam gears such and aem,dc sports,skunk2 VS. generic cam gears? is there a performance difference...and what should i look for in buying one?

Just how many points there are on the sprocket to adjust it by. I preffer the Skunk2's they are a 6 point. AEM for example is only a 3 point and we have had those slip before.
