Using Different Brand Tire on One Wheel
While putting on my Hakkapelitta NRWs last night, I found out one of them had a bubble.

I found out today that the NRWs are discontinued and they now have are what are called WR. Looks like the treads are similar. Is it ok to run the WR on one wheel?

well, i'm currently running two 195-50-15 s-03's, 1 205-50 p700z and 1 205-50 RE71 that's so bald there's no tread.
car drives fine. though I wont be pushing the limits of the tires traction. I'm assuming you wont be driving fast with those winter tires either. you'll be fine imo.

You're better off replacing tires in pairs. Otherwise you're alignment will be off and traction will differ from the other tires because of the mileage difference (tread depth, rubber hardness, etc)
Thanks fellas. The good news is, the local rep was eventually able to find an NRW in one of the warehouses in Tennessee so this thread can be closed.
