Default baseline fuel pressure?

hi guys
what should my baseline fuel pressure be on a turbo ZC engine running 5 PSI. Its at about 40 right now I have the stock fuel pump and an fuel pressure regulator. I have heard people talk about setting the fuel pressure with the vac hose off can anyone enlighten me on this?

I have a performance fuel pump (walbro). Do you think its needed at 5 PSI?

any help is appreciated

what should the maximum and minimum be? I need a threshold really....
at the moment its inbetween 40-50PSI.... i may move it up a few notches so its more 45-55. Is 60 way to high thou?

Is it the more PSI your turbo runs the more PSI your fuel pressure has to be?

leave it at the stock pressure for that amount of boost....You should not need it any higher than that...

baseline fuel pressure should always stay around stock. About 38psi or so.

no prob....U will not have to worry about messing with fel pressue until you get over 11 psi.....,so just leave the stock regulator in place for now...

Neither, both can be detrimental.
Going to low it may lean out causing detonation, going to high can cause other problems, like flushing the cylinder walls and causing more wear.
