i need help bad with my g3 integra. I have...... rust., please help!
I finally decided to fix this before winter set itself in. I bought this car pretty cheap because of the rust, but it's bugging me hardcore. The rust couldn't be in a worse spot, its above the rear wheel on the passenger side and just in front of the rear wheel near the side skirt.
What should I do? I'll try to post a pic, its about 3 inches wide and its kinda deep and bubbling, you can see the orange. Should I buy a new quarter panel and paint it? or should I get a bodyshop to fix the rust and then paint it? If anyone has ideas on how to fix it, that'd be a great help.
Thanks.

Integras are unibody cars. The quarter panel IS the frame of the car. To replace it you have to cut the entire thing out with a torch and weld a new one in
You typically fix rust with lots of sanding, bondo, and paint.

sand it down to bare metal and then prime it
that'll stop the rust instantly
then just get it painted when time allows
I just did this underneath my rear bumper yesterday
i didn't have to woory about painting it since it's not visible unless you take the bumper off
i got hit two years ago and didn't realize there was any damage until i removed the interior panels of the car and noticed the the entire right rear corner was pushed in. Really freaking rusty on the outside too
although i'm impressed that there was no visible damage from the outside of the car
