best set-up w/ctr cams for 98 gsr

whats the best setup w/ ctr cams for my 98 gsr. im talking about pistons, valve springs retainers. i only have about 70k on my car and do alot of street racing. my car is an everyday driver and i do need to pass emissions any advice would help out alot thanks

JDM ITR pistons with either a 3 or 2 layer headgasket. ITR valvetrain.

Don't forget proper engine/fuel management.
