97 accord wheel wobbles

My 97 accord steering wheel wobbles after being balanced and aligned. only at low speeds. Thanks for help.

It sounds like a bad tire or a bent rim. Either problem should have been found when the wheels were balanced. Who did the work?

a honda dealer down the road from me. I bet they have no clue what's going on. Thanks for the help.

is the tires balanced?
cj axle checked?
all wheels fasteners torque?
