If you have some webspace to put them up, then go ahead and put them in that web space, then use {IMG}URL GOES HERE{/IMG} tags (replace the {'s with ['s) to display them in a thread.
If you don't have web space, either use a free service (danged if I know what one is just now) to put them on the web and then follow the above, or ask someone on here to put them on the web for you.
