ITR Intake Manifold - How Much Can This Be Ported Out To?

How far can this be ported and NOT run into the apertures for (water?)?? It seems that 70 mm would represent a problem, or even 68 mm....

ttt, how wide can the mouth of itr intake manifold be ported without running into problems?
