i have 16x7 wheels w/+38 offset on my 00' Civic coupe. i'm running 205/45 tires on them and i don't rub. i'm lowered to zero finger gap. fenders were never rolled.

It's a friend's old car, not mine. I don't know what tires he was running or if he needed to roll his fenders but if it helps any, I'm running Work RSZ-R's in a +35 offset and I have no rubbing issues at all and my car is pretty low. I know another person with +32 Gab's on his Integra and no issues either.
