Default changine brake pads and rotors

Do i have to remove any brake fluids when i am replaceing the pads and rotors??? how about just for the pads ONLY.??

if i do remove all the fluids... after i pour in the new one, do i have to bleed it???

No, you do not have to drain any fluid to replace the pads and rotors. But when you unbolt the calipers, hang them on something with a wire so that you won't damage the brake line.
