the fact that he says it put down between 220 and 245 whp on a stock ITR cammed LSvtec.
"I suggest a roll cage next" for this monster. watch out guys. THat is a damn wide spectrum of fluctuation of horsepower. I wish I could be so lucky to have an LS vtec with option of fronting 220whp one day and when I am feeling a little tense bump it up to 245 whp. the whoel paragraph that he wrote is pure unadulterated comedy.

 

oh yeah and it has 180lb/ft of tourque :-) great stuff

soo the clutch has been seriously raced but the tranny is in perfect condtiion? it might be worth 1800 at least he isn't one of the "my car was in fast and furious i want triple what its worth" kinda guys.

That's my old Crx. It did not trap 110mph, but it did trap 103.xxmph with an ls tranny and stock clutch.

Motor:
Ls block (81.25 itr pistons, arp rod bolts, balanced bottom end)
Head (b16, ctr cams, itr valve springs, ARP head studs, itr intake manifold and jdm 4-1 header w/ 2.5" custom exhaust).

The car was on the verge of stepping into the 12s (needed a better tranny, clutch and drag radials or slicks). However, I'm not sure what the owner has put the car through.

A new clutch
will put you back into the low 13's; add a vtec controller, and a fuel presser
regulator and that will put you into the solid 12's

Wow that guys car is wicked fast. Maybe i should get my sisters 94 honda civic lx and bring it to the track. I got a cold air intake and i make 100000 whp. should be able to pull low 1's after i let some air out the tires.

 

He woulda been better off not saying the car was raced to hell and it had a bad clutch, but okay for everyday driving.

 

i wish my car would put out 40 extra hp somedays... just whenever it felt like it.

OT: "ambition" is the 3rd person on this board i've seen with a shaka in their avatar... does it mean something else on the mainland???

it had alot of
quality parts on it too.
granted, i wouldnt buy it for 55,
but someone did for 52K

If he is talking about flywheel hp and tq then it might be close.

 

i think he means 220 to the wheels and 240 to the crank...thats sound alot better

its not the shocker its the looose boys a group of guys in arizona who are not that tiitt lol i don't claim to be one of them but i kick it with them at the track and they gave me a decal to rock so... yeah, i've had salma hayel up for like 8 months it was time for a change.

he emailed me saying he got those numbers using liquid nitrogen... then he called me a ricer cause i thought he said nitrous, when i said that isnt all-motor...
