Default F and H series parts swaps

I am wondering if anyone can tell me which parts from the infamous H22 will bolt up to an F22. I can't afford the Big daddy yet, but for now, a new F22 will do. What I was thinking is H22 intake mani/throttle body and distributor. If the distributor fits, is it different/better? OR...where can I find a high output coil?

The H22 transmission bolts right up to the F22 motor. The gearing is much shorter than F22 gearing, so the car will accelerate much faster, but your motor will turn at around like 4000rpm's on the highway and F22's aren't made for that.

I think I will keep my tranny, maybe swap out 1st and second from an H22, but I love the freeway driving in my car. Does anybody know about the intake mani, tb, coil and such? I will keep researching, but I know someone on here knows the answer to the riddle.

none of the H22 manifolds bolt up to the F22A1/4/6,F20A,F22B... the ports wont even be close.

If you want to swap H series parts onto your F22A, then look at H23A1 stuff... the intake/exhaust ports are the same, just bigger and straight bolt ons...Intake mani/TB, exhaust manifold/header...injectors are the same size on the H23 vs. the F so no gains can really be had there...unless they're in better condition.

Certain other parts can also swap like cranks, H23 rods...but I'll let you research that on your own if you're really interested...

For cliff:
H22 stuff on F22 =
H23 stuff on F22 =

well friend, you answered my question. I figured, with the amount of fuel and air needed for the vtec on the H22, that they would thus induce more into my head, but if they won't bolt on, and the H23 stuff is ported the same, I'll stick with straight F series. You also answered my next ? that I really wasn't even going to ask yet, but the internals from an H23 will fit huh? Rods and pistons? I will still do the research, but you've been a lot of help.
