Default 94 EX fuel line replacement help needed

Hi,

I have a 94 EX that has a gas leak in the main line. I patched it once but it’s so corroded that it sprung a leak elsewhere. (Dam Canadian winters!) There are three lines. I will need to replace them all.

Questions..

1. Are the return and vent lines the same material as the brake lines? If so I could make them ? Replacing brake lines too.
2. Could I make the main line ? What is the diameter of the material ?
3. Anyone ever dropped the fuel tank ? ( I drained the tank last night, what a job. I still stink) Do you just drop it from the bottom or do you have to access the fuel pump from the back seat first?

Thanks,

Derek of JMI
