Tanabe Medallion

Are any of the Tanabe Medallion exhaust systems 50 state legal? Theres a couple on ebay that claim that they are but I can't seem to find any info on it being 50 state on the net. Can someone help me out?

I'll end it right here. Yes they are state legal, but only with the silencer in it.
