Default anyone have an V2 intake on a RSX type S

why could the check engine light be on? What to do about and will it hurt it?

check engine light on the rsx is "only for emissions purposes"(quoted by the acura service guy)...now go tighten your gas cap to 3 clicks past tight or your CEL will come on(seriously...it will).

I will install a V2 on my type s tonight, I will let you know if the check engine light comes on .....

The V2 is better because there is a velocity stack on the V2. I drove a car my car with the CAI and it's still good. I recommend after you install it you unplug the battery and wait for 30 secs. That will make the car perform at it's best

NO check engine light, but when v-tec kicks in very loud.....nice sound.

all it is the battery. The V2 almost hit my friends steering column
