simple ways to make ur car faster.

All I have is a (c.a.i) in my s2k. Are there any easy ways to make my car faster. Any upgrades that will help me, but with less money..Dont really have lots of money right now. thanks.

Get custom test pipes. Weight reduction. Practice driving.

jump on treadmill and lose some pounds = hp gains

Take the spare wheel and toolkit out from the trunk. Thats if you don't mind paying for a tow home if you get a flat.

Define faster?

In a straight line it's really tough to improve on the stock S2000. Some things you can add are a Header, exhaust (stock is really heavy), different differential ratio, super charger/Turbo.

But from point A to point B, taking a driving school will improve your performance far more than anything else you can do.

lol, to go in a bit more detail, I send some snickers out to the ocean before every race...go karts that is.

Anyways, all the posts here are good advice and welcome to the forum!
I had a post up here, I'll dig it up and make it a sticky...upgrading the rear final drive makes it a blast to drive the car, gives it some umph through gearing.

It is hard to get any benefits as far as horsepower. The car is so tuned as it is almost impossible to get more.

not impossible, just takes money. nothing is cheap these days.
