Best gains from Exhaust?
Ive did a search and it didnt really come up with any good results that i was looking for.
to put it plain and simple:
what exhaust have you seen make the most power?
(this is for a friend) he is pretty sure he is going with the injen cai and comptech header setup so far. but is not sure about the exhaust. he is thinking about skunk2 or rs-r but doesnt know the gains from them.

in the latest TPR magazine (btw i dont know what tpr stands for so dont ask) they had a dyno test on which catback exhuast was better. to name a few brands that i remember it was greddy evo, invidia, rsr, skunk2 megafone , apexi n1, dc sports twin canister. and thats all i can recall. but the best gain hp and torque was off the apexi n1 ...greddy evo came in second.
dont know exactly what car they tested it on...but i hope this helps

i don't have one myself, but from what i've read, it seems like you don't get much performance from exhaust by itself, except noise. better performance will be realized if you have a few other engine mods like intake, hondata, raceheader, cams, etc. seems like most are designed to have gains up top while some have better mid-range and a few, if any, help with low-end. personally, i'm thinking of one of the fujitsubo's full stainless exhausts or rs-r.
powergetter = most gain top end with deep sound.
RM-01A = midrange gains, not as loud as powergetter.
Legalis R = street performance and look, quiet.
RS-R = midrange gains, slighty deeper sound, stock looking as you can get
