Default adjusting rear kyb gas shocks?

can anyone tell me how to adjust my rear kyb adjustable gas shocks and coils springs. My kyb shocks have a turning dial indicator that reads 1-8 on the dial, with an arrow pointing to the set number. If anyone could help i would aprietiate it

I have no idea about the kyb's but go easy with posting multiple threads about one topic, the mods don't like it.

i got the same ones you have on my 99 civic. where the arrow is at u put the number u want lined up wit the arrow . 1 being the softest and 8 being the stiffest. all you have to do is turn the dial and das it. u can adjust them on the ground or up in the air. have fun
