Default Scarred H23 cyclinder walls, should I bore it out?

I'm new to the H and F series motors. I've read that you need to resleeved if you go with forged pistons because of the material used in the linings or something along that line. However, someone is selling a H23 block that has a deep scratch in the walls, I was wondering if it's okay to use .25 os stock H23 pistons andbored and honed the block. There shouldn't be a problem using stock pistons, correct? They do offer stock H23 pistons .25mm oversize, correct?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, you should be able to hone the cylinders over and get a piston in that size. Just make sure the scratches are gone when it's honed out that much.
