Ratio on the 00-01 ITR Rack are better than the older one's & GSR.

that is incorrect. they stated in the brochure that it is 15.7:1, but it is in fact 16:1 like all 94-01 dc2's. my source? helms and actual counting of the amount of turns in numerous 00 and 01 cars.
