Default ITR suspension on 88 CRX?

I know the ITR rear shocks/springs will fit on an 88 CRX, how about the front shocks and springs? My stock **** is gone and needs replacing, I can get ITR stuff from jdmhondaparts for a pretty good deal.

any help appreciated.

It will fit but you'll also need the ITR front shock forks. The ITR shocks are thicker than the CRX shocks. The ITR suspension will also raise your car up about an inch.

Hmmm its not a prob to get the front forks, I don't know it being raised up an inch, how would that affeect the handling of the car? Ya think it would look funny? Would it affect my camber/alignment raising it up?

Well if you use stock springs you'll probably end up getting positive camber. Just get some springs that lower the car a couple inches and you'll be fine. Sport springs would probably work best. They will lower the car a little and they're not so stiff as to the point were they blow out your shocks. Just get an alignment after you do all the suspension work to correct the toe.

Sport springs? who are the made by? However if you notice an ITR is already lower than a LS/GS-R to begin with. I looked up the lowering springs an IP.com and most said that the type-r would recieve minmal lowering(eibach sportline to be exact).........just an observation tho.

The Type R springs lower the car 10mm. Not that much really. Just get some Eibach or Neuspeed sport springs.
