FS: 99 Civic SI rims
my cousin just got a 99 civic si from carmax... I say this because if you know about carmax, you know that their cars are sold in great condition... even the wheels and tires. He has only driven the car for a few weeks-- still on their temp tags-- and wants to sell his rims and upgrade. If anyone is interested let me know... I think he's interested in about 400... but I don't doubt he's willing to negotiate. He's located near Baltimore, Maryland and I don't think he wants to bother with shipping... so either way, hit me up some offers. Thanks
400.00 is way to much.....are they dipped in 24k gold
i mean cmon you know you wouldnt pay that much if you were looking to buy them
use some empathy and put yoursef in someone elses shoes

well, I dunno how much SI rims go for... I know that you can get between 350 and 400 for GSR rims (which is what I have) so I figured that SI rims may be the same way. Sorry if my seemingly extreme request disturbed you-- why don't you post up what you think its worth and then I'll tell you if you're crazy or not. If anyone is actually interested in these rims and wheels let me know. I did say negotiable.
i juss bought si rims without tires....i got them for 225. 3/4 are in perfect condition and the last one has a very minor scratch on it...not visible if u dont press your face to it...im looking to get falken azenis in a week which will cost me around 300....adding 225 and 300 together.....but for your situation....400 for "perfect" rims (and if you are including tires) what condition? if they're really good tires with a lot of tread left...i say 400 is fair....well...this is my opinion

juss some advice...dont take offense...you should state what kind of tires you have...and by chance do u know how much tread is still left....pictures will help... and if u want to see what kind of tread is left...use the penny test....like in earlier posts....condition of tires and rims will define how much ur si set is worth....juss what i think...

i say if the rims are in good condition and the tires are good ones with decent tread you can get $400 for em..but like stated before it depends on the conditon of the rims and how good the tires are..goodluck

thanks for all the responses-- don't we all hate dem low ballaz!!! Anyway, I talked to my cousin last night... he was at work, and it was dark- so he wasn't able to tell me what kind of tires they were... but the tires and rims are in perfect condition. I know you guys want pics, I'm working on that, too. Unfortunately for us, my cousin just moved back to MD from CA and is working crazy hours trying to make ends meet here (so coordinating the pics is kinda tough)-- he just bought this 99 civic SI from carmax like a month and a half ago (can't remember the exact date). He told me the rims are in mint condition and he said the tires are too-- like I said MANY times before-- the car is from carmax, so I'd expect these wheels/tires to be in tip top shape.

bought 03 civic wheels (same as si) for $300 sold them for $650<< showcar clean brand new tires only 30 miles on tires
if they are as clean as you say they are there is always a buyer out there willing to dish out the cash. just be patient.

the tires are brand new Goodyear Eagle RS-A 195/55/15 and cost 93$/tire from http://www.tirerack.com NOT including shipping. I don't know about you guys, but I find tirerack to have the best prices around for tires. Think about it this way... you're buying 4 brand new tires and getting the SI rims FOR FREE so please no lowballers
