Reuse your stock driver's side mount bracket and mount from the CX on the Y8 and it'll bolt right in like stock. You'll need to either use a 92-95 intake manifold (preferably a Si/EX) or work with the different IACV plug and IAT sensor on the Y8 manifold (not really hard to do). You will also need a 4 wire O2 sensor.

A P28 would be the choice ECU for that application.

1992-95 Si/EX harness would be best but you can easily reuse the stock CX harness. The Y8 or any 96-00 Civic harness's will not work.

Not completely since you will need to wire up the VTEC solenoid, VTEC pressure and the 4 wire O2 on the chassis side. Other than that it is pretty much a straight forward swap.
