Default Motor Oil Help....synthetic vs regular oil for 1998 Accord V6

I have a 1998 accord coupe v6 with 49,300 miles on it. I do about 90% highway mileage and no racing. Should I use regular oil or synthetic?
Thanks

dino oil would be fine in your situation, but if you it makes you feel better buy a syn blend or mix your own.

or you could also switch to full syn and extend your drain intervals.

use regular oil. castrol or valvoline are excellent brands.

I was told valvoline durablend is very good for it's price
2.79 for a bottle, semi-syn.

I just changed my oil yesterday, seeing if it will improve my mileage or not.

I am skeptical about full syn. oil and semi-syn., i'll try full syn. next time and see how it goes.

and yes, castrol or valvoline are excellent excellent brands.

the only problem with blends is that it's generally about 20% syn and 80% dino oil so your not really getting your moneys worth. i suggest buying dino and syn and mixing it so you can have closer to a 50/50 mix.

castrol syn is junk, stick with mobil or valvoline.
