vafc in a s2000

why does he want a vafc? what does he want to get out of it? Remember that the vafc really works under WOT, under partial throttle, the ecu tends to compensate for the corrections made in the vafc. There are ways around this but adjusting the settings in the low to high throttle but honestly if you want to tune the car, upgrade to something either standalone like the EMS or piggyback like the emanage. Either way, you have to have a reason to need to get a tuning device, mods?

it is stock. he wont do alot of mods to it. But i want to get it for him for his birthday because he is a gadget person! And i cant afford a cf hood for the yellow s2k!!!!!!!
I know that is wont help anything!!!!!!! I just know one guy that had a problem with hooking it up in a s2k!

yes, but at what cost?
If you can, buy your friend a ticket to a driving school or an open track event. He'll get much much more out of that than a fuel controller.
