Default neutral saftey switch?

dose anyone know if there is a neutral saftey switch for a 99 civic si? im adding a remote start to the car and want to know if this wire exists on the car.

couldnt find it on my 99 accord either

just ground the wire and be done with it...

I dont think manual cars do not have a neutral safety switch. It only applies to automatics.

You will need to bypass the clutch switch if you want remote start in a manual.

Unless your alarm was specifically designed to work with a manual transmission, I wouldn't install the remote start feature. Clifford and Compustar are the only companies I know of that make units designed to work with manual transmissions. Better safe than sorry!
