Civic euro headlights/projectors?

Civic euro headlights/projectors?

Anyone know anything about these products if they hinder the lighting at night? I know the projectors for the Eclipse really really suck.

92-95 civic projectors are really yellow and don't help visibility at night. one time i drove at night w/my headlights off on a city street and didn't notice anything wrong
