why are there so many american cars in that pic with american sized plates? was the CTR imported or is that a military base with vehicles that don't have the proper tags on?

It is a millitary post in Germany, and those are the proper tags, so idk what you are talkin about

Dude, look at the rest of the dash! It's not even remotely similar to the USDM ones. It may be possible to swap the entire deal, but I'd guess that it would be much more effort than it's worth.

whoa sorry there. i didn't mean the EU tags on the civic. i meant the tags on the explorer, which can be seen in the window reflection on the last picture. they look to be the same size as a US plate.
