Possible to swap 5th gear into EX tranny?
I would like to swap a lower..or higher...not sure what the right wording is....what I want is to have lower RPM's while in 5Th gear....is there a specific tranny I should look for? I have an old HF tranny laying around....can I use this even though it a cable version?

From that page it looks like I can swap the HF's 0.694 5th gear in place of the EX's 0.702 gear....will it make a difference because one is hydro and the other is cable?
