Got an offer on a H22A motor and tranny for 1300. Is it worth it? my civic is my daily driver!

just the engine and tranny for $1300? or the full swap for $1300? if its just engine/tranny.. then its an ok deal.. but a smoking deal if its a full swap

Good deal considering that most H22A longblocks and trannys ONLY (no ECU, no axles, no linkage) sell for around $1500-$1800. Just find any 92+ Prelude linkage or 94+ Accord linkage, run Integra axles with the 90-93 Accord intermediate shaft, get a mount kit and an ECU, and you're pretty much all set.

What kind of car did you install your h22 on? Newman said there are issues with that shift linkage on h22 eg civics/integras. It is in the H22 FAQ under hybrid.

It's just the motor and tranny no ecu and all that other good stuff but I'm a little worried about it because my civic is my daily driver, please I'd need a clutch, mounts, axles, springs. what about a fuel pump and radiator can my stock parts handle it?
