Default Pistons for rebuilt h22a?

Got a custom t3 turbo setup and am wondering which pistons i should get?
Gonna get the block bored, sleeved and honed with 2 piece iron sleeves.
Going to shot peen rods and balance the bottom end (crank, rods, pistons, fly wheel, pressure plate and front pulley.)
Should i get the wisecos forgies with 8.3 - 8.5 comp or the Arias forgies 8.1 or 9.0 comp?
Also is it a wise investment to get ARP head stud kit and rod bolt kit? OR will the standard ones be up to the job?

Get the following:

Darton sleeves
NEW rods - preferably crower's (do it right the 1st time)
CP 9.0:1 pistons
ARP head studs (You cannot re-use stocks, even though some people do. A set of ARP's are only $30-50 extra then the stocks plus they can be used time and time again)

Crower 4340's run right around the same price of the pauter's and are proven over 600whp time and time again.

Yeah but 600hp is weak sauce! You need some naws and a t88 @40psi w/ a motec exhaust to make 1000hp yo......

anyway. The only reason I bought pauters is b/c I've seen crowers break, never seen a pauter break, then again, I doubt we'll ever make enough power to break either.... the broken crower occured on a 1200hp car......

Dudes only reason i wanna get either arias or wisecos are that
1. im in australia and parts are hard to get
2. those pistons are the easiest ones to get.
So i should get the head stud kit. Wat about the rod bolts?

I've never heard of any probs w/ stock rod bolts in hi-po H-motors, and I wasn't aware that you couldn't reuse stock head bolts!

its not the smartest idea to reuse them, i mean for a few bucks like 1% of your total setup, why not get new ones. Your motor isnt an item you want to go cheap on.

i would get
AEBS Head Studs, they outshine ARP by a long shot!!
Arp 2000 new style rod bolts
Cp Pistons, these have to be the best piston around and nice price
i had crower rods and they were ok, i am sure there are more then just those and paupers to choose from, Rocket Motorsports has some nice ones, Import Builders use very nice ones, Manly has some, etc.

if your just going to boost mild, then do it on the stock setup and save your money. if your going to boost some nice numbers , then spend the money and make it worth it, dont go cheap on parts that will destroy your motor

i think you should also get a larger turbo. a t3 will die off pretty easy on your motor. I also wouldn't go that low on compression. i'd say go anywhere between 9:1 and 10:1 compression with a good tuner. if your not gonna get the pauters or crowers at least get some eagle rods with the upgraded rod bolt.

OK so from all your help i'm thinking bout
Arias forged pistons 9.0:1 comp
eagle rods, with arp 2000 rod bolts
arp head studs
2 piece iron sleeves.

Do your homework on all the pistons.
Arias, JE, Endyn, Wiseco, SRP, CP
CP is probably about the best but I personally have Endyns.

Yes sir... Endyn

Also, for sleeves check out Darton. I saw it mentioned earlier. And crower rods.

pistons are good, rings are important. eagle rods are good beyond what they are quoted, my mechanic runs them on his turbo b18 civic (521whp) for 2 years now. arp studs are the way to go. Sleeves are very important, install and quality. Darton are good and golden eagle is very good as well.
