I like 808States list. CTR pistons is overkill for those CTR cams in a GSR. It wouldn't take much to dip into the 14's, it's a good engine to start with. 808State's setup is similar to my setup except I have ITR cams and haven't done my pistons YET.

Do i/h/e, intake mani, itr/ctr cams, jdm itr pistons and you'll be smelling 13's. ;]

i would do..
Skunk2 manifold with bored throttle body
Hondata intake manifold gasket
AEM cai or J's racing shorty
JDM 4-1 header with high flow cat or test pipe
2.5" exhaust.. ur choice there..
Skunk2 stage 1 cams with Portflow valvetrain (inner & outer springs/ titanium retainers)
Honda S200 P28 ecu..
RC 310-440 injectors
AEM/B&M fuel pressure regulator
should hit at least 175-180whp.. with a good 125-130 torque

Don't go with a test pipe. There's a dyno out there of a high flow cat vs a test pipe and there weren't any gains. Save the environment. ;]

i agree. had test pipe for a week, but the exhaust sounded like shiet. went to a high flow cat. even put a silencer on N1 exhaust to quiet it.
