Default breather box on a B20vtec yay or nay

i am trying to decide weather or not i should make one for my swap that i am building. question is, is it only to prevent blow by gas to escape or will it effect the engines performance. I am also going to run a turbo on this setup. any help would be greatly appreciated

ok but do i just tap 1 hole into the block and lead the vaccum line back to the IM? which way is the PCV working? does it let air into the IM or does it let air into the crank case?

You might want to go check out http://www.theoldone.com they've got some pretty good information and sell a really nice breather kit for the b series. Ordered it up myself.

yeah but since i am putting on a vtec head on the B20 that has a different PCV construction, i am just wondering if anyone has ever done this before and could help me.

the B20 has its PCV on the valve cover while the B16 has it comming out of the block.

Your best bet is to purchase the Endyn kit, or fabricate your own similar setup

I know it is a large picture, but you can see where the fittings fit into the rear of the block for the "new" PCV system that your B20 needs.
