in all honesty... if your gonna go skunk 2 stage 1 cams
i would rather go itr cams... only because the stage 1's are the same thing... you won't be able to feel the difference. plus you can never go wrong with oem honda parts when it comes down to reliability.
your already on oem everything else...pistons what not.
so if you don't go stage 2 in which you'll need the skunk valve springs and retainers (maybe not the inners) i would go itr's.
i actually have a set up jdm itr cams....intake and exhaust that i'm trying to sell for dirt cheap off of my stock jdm motor itr motor. i'm trying to use the money for the stage 2's... let me know because i'm selling both for $400
oh and i'm not telling you this because i'm selling the cams. you can look it up.
if your interested feel free to IM me.
peace.

I like the skunk2 stage 1 cams, but if your going to change to higher compression later or very soon go with Skunk2 stage 2 cams.

I've heard this set up works really well (on 1.8). It should work pretty good with a b16 as well, just not as much tq.

You might want to give our cams a try....on a stock B-16 withType R manifold and a 4-2-1 header. The car made 178 to the wheels....car idles with no problem

Skunk stage ones are the same as ITR cams!?
Thats pretty funny since they have different lift and duration, but yeah besides that they are virtually the same
Oh and your ITR cams aren't dirt cheap either. I sold my stock 01 ITR cams (same spec as CTR cams) for $350.
Skunk Stage ones would be an excellent upgrade for that setup. Stock idle, easy to tune, and good power.
