Best pipe size for H22/EG swap!!!

Whats the best exhaust piping size ror a H22/EG swap?1992 Civic hatch.I.E... 2.25",2.50" or 3.00"

2.25 to 2.5 should be just right for bolt on parts 2.5 being on the big side with 2.5 u will lose some tq but will get in the upper rev range just the opposite for the smaller piping
