Default HELP FLuid leaking

Hey my 92 civic SI that i just bought last friday is leaking this nasty solid black il like substance, but it can't be the oil because the oil is light brown. It does it when I put it in gears and the car is running and sitting. Help me please..

I found out that it comes out when i stall and let the clutch go to quickly.. but i dunno what it is..
