can't figure out why there is no VTEC?

I can't figure out why my vtec is not kickin? when i bought the crx the wires were
jimmy rigged. It has a jdm B16 moto, please help.

You need a Helms and a multi-meter.

Be a little more specific? Have you trouble shooted this yet? Do you know the obvious reasons for why this could happen, I think that a search and some reading would yield you the answers your looking for?
