Anybody know how to clean out a EGR valve on a sixth generation accord? ( 98 Accord 4cyl.) How often does this need cleaning out?

 

that new of a car, you shouldn't need to clean it out yet, just run an injector cleaner, or some high octane gas. i usually fill on premium, 93 octane, then throw in a few boosters, when you run it hard, the heat burns carbon out real nice........if you really think you need to clean it out, use a fine wire brush, but make sure nothing falls down the ports or ur fucked. some carb cleaner won't hurt
