RSX-R Cams..
So whats the story with these.. are they able to be swapped into a base model RSX? My friends GSR just got stolen and shes got a base model RSX now which is 'too slow'
so were lookin to pull some more hp out of it.. so will these drop into it? anyone done it? reccommend anything else be replaced? (valvetrain, camgears, fuel, etc. ) any input is appreciated. Thanks

how come? has this been discussed already? (sorry if it has) what about type s cams? or is there different vtec solenoids.. haha sorry ive been out of hondas for too long, i know nothing about these new K20s.

The DC5 integra type R uses a different type of i-VTEC, compared to the i-VTEC in the base DC5 RSX. The differece is comparable to the difference between VTEC-E and performance VTEC.
is the Type S i-VTEC different from the base model i-VTEC as well? Is it possible/economically feasable to swap in a Type S head on the base? Do the Type R cams work in the Type S head? perhaps i need to read up on this some more.. or just screw it and turbo the ish.
wanna hook me up with a link? cause when I searched (yes before i posted this thread), the only things close i came up with was 'toda cams' and some information on doing a complete engine swap..
