No one makes a standard new cam for the F22, however if your willing to fork over about $800-$1000 you can get a custom one made. I recently put a reground cam in my car. Awesome results. Its by Delta camshafts.
Its called the 272 grind. It has .425" lift, and 272 degrees of advertised duration. 113degree lobe seperation. My car has a noticable change in idle, and a lot more power. They told be this is a great nitrous cam, and it is. I feel i gained about 15HP at 6500rpm and it wants to rev to about 7500, but i need some other stuff before i rev it that high. When i spray my nitrous i feel an easy 20-30hp gain with this cam. Cant wait to get it to the track.

regrinding a cam takes some of the strenght away from the cam and you are limited to what can be grinded. i think your money is better spent going H22 swap if you wish to be N/A.

talk to a guy named Rocket on http://www.ef-1.com

you might have to fork over your cam so that he can do R&D on it for a little while, but it'll be worth it...his regrinds are some of the best i've ever seen...
