ok heres the deal, today i finished installing new slotted rotors and pads. now that im done i look at my work and realize that i think i put the rotors on backwards. the slots go from in to out as the meet the brake pads and im pretty sure they usually go the other way. i dont know if it even makes a difference but im gonna be pissed if i have to do everythin all over again, which im pretty sure im gonna have to do so im pretty pissed. please let me know.

 

I think that you have them on the correct way. I can't be exactly sure though, cuz I have cross-drilled rotors.

 

no matter on the slotting, its the internal vane direction for cooling that you want to consider.

the slotting is just the easily visible tip off to proper direction.
Of course I cant remember which way they go.
I think you put yours on wrong, I think, not sure though.
