got a ticket for "highway racing (spectator)" and mandatory court appearance by us27. Anyone know what is the best thing to do? And how to get out of it beside ticket clinic? oh by the way there was another 20 cars that got it too!

i never heard of that one before. im sure you can get out of it fairly easily.

 

i got a $500 "speed drag racing" ticket once. When i went to court to appeal it the magistrate immediatelty dismissed the ticket because the officer didn't write who I was supposedly racing with or what speed i was going in his report.

 

go to court, tell the truth. u might catch a break. or maybe the cop wont even show up.

 

i got that ticket..but im from jersey so its prolly diff out here... my cars was parked when i got it.. i went to court n told tha prosecuter that that my car was parked and it wasnt even on a highway..it was in a parking lot... and he stood up n took his jacket off n told me highway racing a is a criminal charge and that i should get 60 days in tha county...but he reduced it to a reckless...which was still 5 points (same as highway racing) and a 230$ fine but no time in tha county....and there was 7 other ppl there wit tha same ticket...they got tha same shyt as me..
