Clutch problem in my first Prelude!
Hey all thanks for reading, I just joined the prelude area on HT a couple of days ago when I picked up a white 91 prelude Si. I realize its not as nice as the ones you guys probably have but its a good to get to school in.
Anyways I realized this was a fixer so I was wondering if you guys could help me out with your experiences involving the prelude.
My clutch pedal seems ok when I first turn on the car but after driving for awhile, I seem to have no back pressure...like there is no force pushing the clutch back towards me after I have depressed it. This causes me to block all kinds of traffic because I cant get the car into gear. I took a look at it yesterday and found the slave on the tranny was leaking and I have already replaced it(boy there a lot more room under a civic) and refilled my fluids.
Does anyone know what problem I may have, I am sure the clutch is worn also but can that cause the pedal not to return? I only feel about an inch of pressure when I press on the clutch
PLEASE HELP, I like this car a lot and it is my first Prelude.
Thanks in advance
