does it matter what brand of filter i get for intake. Does it make a difference in the performance? I got matrix filter, i kno the brand sucks but does it matter? Just want to kno. any info appreciated. thanks

yeah i had K&N filter, but it got old. And got a red matrix filter w/ the metal shell around it, as a gift. so i was just wandering if the matrix one is any good. i dont feel any difference at all between the 2.

 

Your not going to feel any difference with just a filter, it doesn't matter what kind you get. I have a CAI and can barely feel the difference, IMO it's all just hype. If you want to feel power you need to be willing to spend.

 

The filter does not matter, you are just paying for the name anyways. The matrix one will do.
