my current fender on my car is messed up to hell, i have a brand new OEM honda fender, i was wondering, its black right now, but if i sand it and primer it (to match a bumper got from a friend thats already primered it) and i drop it off at the shop, are they going to take it off to paint the part of the fender that is underneath the hood (where the 3 bolts hold it on)
