ask around, perhaps it is not much different than the JDM PW0 or EDM PM6, i have no clue what car P13 came out of

p13 is from a OBD1 h22 prelude.
There aren't any romeditors for it because the data structure is so different from the other honda ecu roms. If you want an editor, you're gonna have to make it yourself, unfortunately.

 

I have no experience in this

 

get a P72 and work from there.

 

I have 4 plug ECU(4WS,TCS),so I can not use p72
