Back off on the 'loud' peddle....

Seriously though, when you say "I've tried everything"....that means you've taken it to a Honda mechanic and had it checked out, right?!

Is it throwing any kind of error/codes?

What color are your plugs when you pull them?

Do you smell gas/fuel from the exhaust, or see any kind of smoke out of the tail pipe?

When was the last time the fuel pressure regulator was checked, to see if it's still putting out the proper psi?

When you say you have replaced everything, does that include the air filter?

try new plugs, cap and rotor, and look to see if there is excessive dust in the intake, are you near dry/dusty/desert?

It sets on the left hand side of the fuel rail. Has two lines going to it, one little one and one big one. The little one plugs into the intake manifold and is a vacuum line. The other one is the return line for the fuel.

You need to hook a fuel pressure gauge up to it, to see if it's within spec. Call around to some of the shops, you mentioned and see if they can check it for you. Usually when they go bad, to much fuel pressure builds in the system, causing the a rich condition.
